Shipping policy

DELIVERY

FLOUR SHOP uses our own vehicles to deliver orders in Los Angeles and and a third-party partner in the New York metropolitan area. We do our best to deliver on time, but traffic in these areas makes delivery times impossible to predict. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect delivery phone numbers or orders that cannot be delivered due to owners being unavailable at the delivery address. All undelivered orders will be returned to the local FLOUR SHOP retail store and will be available for pickup for 24 hours. 
We are not responsible for any orders that are delivered via customers' own 3rd party delivery apps. If your order was incomplete or damaged, please contact the service for help with your order.
Further, FLOUR SHOP does not offer returns on any perishable goods. We are not responsible for cakes that are improperly stored or transported by 3rd party apps. Please follow the direction in your box to store any perishable items.
Los Angeles Only (Hill Streets):
We may not be able to deliver to narrow streets in the hills due to the size of our delivery vehicle. We will attempt to deliver all orders, but if we cannot access your street then we will call you to make separate arrangements the day of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable for orders that cannot be delivered due to narrow streets. 

 

SHIPPING

FLOUR SHOP uses third party services to ship cakes (UPS) and is not responsible for any item that is damaged or lost by UPS. Please contact us at info@flourshop.com with any issues with your shipped items and we will be happy to see what we can do on a case by case basic. 
Due to the inconsistency of overnight shipping that is out of our control, we suggest ordering cakes & treats to be delivered a minimum of 2-3 days before your celebration. With some buffer time we have the ability to overnight an additional cake if needed.
Further, FLOUR SHOP does not offer returns on any perishable goods. We are not responsible for cakes that are improperly stored or transported after arrival. Please follow the direction in your box to store any perishable items.
